Cannot open Sims 4 CAS Demo

Everytime I try to open it i get an error saying "We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate the Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo on this computer using your account. Please try again later."

I have problems opening the Sims 3 store on my game or launcher, so I'm not sure if that is causing these problems also. I really want to use the Sims 4 demo. Someone help asap, please.

Make sure you have Proxies turned off.

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
