I cannot log into the Launcher.
I can - Log into Origin and Log into my Store Account. I can view my purchases, but cannot download them.
I have unstalled old versions of Java and installed the latest version.
I have tried this on Chrome, IE, and Modzilla - my caches were clear.
I have updated to the latest version of Sims 3 - version 1.67.2
I clear the caches in my game regularly. My email file is fine.
I run the game on Windows and have disk versions of the game and all the expansions. I use the exe file to launch the game.
My son bought me a world for Christmas, that I cannot download. It shows in my purchase history.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
