Cannot install midnight hollows

I cannot install the midnight hollows gold package nor the standard. I payed 60 dollars for the point bundle in order to buy the gold. both show up in downloads, tell me that the download is complete, but will not show up in the game. after i run the game, it tells me that ive never downloaded it. i've tried everything i can think of and at this point, am getting very frustrated. i currently am running my game on the island paradise explansion pack and i also have university life, late night, and high end loft stuff. please help me figure this out as im getting very frustrated.

Where does it tell you that you've never downloaded ? Are you trying to install through the ingame store or the launcher ?
