@puzzlezaddictI have Windows 10 and I think the regular version of Sims 4 since I don't know what the legacy version is. I have all the expansions and stuff packs. The game plays normally but I cannot get to the gallery or my library. It does not matter what I do to try to connect it just won't. I completed all the steps in the post and it did not change.

So update.
I contacted EA and they sent me a very long list of things to try, some of which I had done before. What worked for me was following the instructions here regarding Ccleaner: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
I am back in business.

I am not downloading third party software. Thats how viruses happen. I did clear the cache on my browser and now I am connected.

I am glad you're back in business too. I was familiar with and already have ccleaner on my computer. That was the only reason why I would trust it.
