I still am having issues with this. It eventually started working after a lot of hours of gaming, but then I had to restart my computer and now it's mentioning again: "Connection is required". When I choose to 'Connect' it simply stays loading and nothing happens.

I can't connect and haven't been able to all weekend. If I repair the game, it works until I close the gallery and it won't connect again. It tries to connect, but as someone else has stated, it just spins and for hours too if you let it.

I play on my PC and it just spins and spins when I try to connect to the internet (trying to go on the gallery in game).

@EdenBee2006 The gallery currently seems to have issues.

Not much you can do at your side.

EDIT: Putting Origin in offline mode and then back to online also made the gallery work for me again.

Accepted this as temp solution for visibility.

Please post if it doesn't solve the issue for you.

I am also having this issue. I use mods but I have been able to access the gallery once while mods where installed.

Will try to repair game to see if it works

Hi there,

I cannot connect to the gallery online. It just says attempting to connect and does not go any further. It’s been happening for two days now.

I just posted but can’t see it on the wall. Sorry I’m new to this. I cannot connect to the online gallery either. Just saying attempting to connect and swirling round. Can anyone help? Thanks

I am having this exact issue right now.

1) I am not automatically connected when the game is launched.

2) It’s taking forever to connect.

Is the gallery offline again or under maintenance?
