Cannot complete career tasks or get promoted

Good day, I cannot get promoted when my bar is full, when my sims can still promote and freelance career tasks are not completed especially with art. My sim would do the task then then a glitch the tablet is on the floor. I have tried to repair the game numerous times but unfortunately it's not working.

Sometimes your sim can be showing it is ready for a promotion based on the job performance bar and meeting the requirements, but it can still take a few times going to work with your sim needs and health all in green and sometime with a specific emotion, like happy, inspired or focused depending on the career.

I didn't understand the rest of your post, sorry. Can you explain more?
