Cannot activate sims4 on correct account

I recently purchased The Sims 4. I created a new account as Gaelan1100 forgetting that I had created an origine account years before, under the name Androrndelta. I have foolishly lost my password for the new account so I cannot log in. I have the password for the account as Androrndelta. I obviousely cannot activate the game on my old, main account as Androrndelta because it was activated on the Gaelan1100 acount. Is it possible to deactivate my account as Gaelan1100 or can I change the password from the one account to the other? Please reply. Thank you.

Best is to contact a game advisor They can help you merge your acccounts
