Cannot access Community in The Sims 4 Demo

keep stating that I'm offline and ask for connection when I want access community while I'm obviously online. It just couldn't connect. Even my status on origin also OFFLINE. How to fix this?

Make sure you have Proxies turned off.

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
