Cannot Rotate Furniture

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Don't Know but it's up tp date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Paranormal, Spooky, Get To Work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you set up furniture you'll see that you don't have a rotate button
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot rotate furniture to place somewhere specific.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to rotate the furniture to face a certain way.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Nerdykk What camera mode are you using ? Sims 3/4 ? Does . and , also not work ?

@crinrict I'm not sure and I didn't try . and ,
I did notice that someone else had the same problem and they were told to hold CTRL and rotate with the mouse so I tried that and it worked.
But thank you for you help.
