Cannot Place Foundations

Hey guys, I am new to Sims 4. I am having trouble with placing foundations. I don't have the slider option to even place one. Am I forgetting to do something? Can anyone help? I have checked for updates already.

NM, guys. I just figured it out. I found a post that explained it all......

as per KyttenMittens: Foundation adjustment changed with the last update. You need to select a room on the ground floor and find the cube with arrows pointing up and down (it is usually in the middle of the selected room). Dragging that cube up and down will adjust the foundation
