Cannot Login to sims 3 store NOR Reset the Password [ Edited ]

I cannot login to my store account at http://store.thesims3.com/

when i try and change the password it takes me here: https://myaccount.ea.com/ and requests me to login with my EA account. it doesnt let me reset my password for my sims 3 store account...
I tried clearing my cookies to fix it (like a previous post did) but it doesnt work.
i only use 4 different passwords and none of them work. help!

I can login through the game launcher but i cant login using my web browser

i can login to thesims3.com but i go to the store page and im logged out...

Sims and Origin are connected now and you need to change your password through Origin.

Did you try that ?

i changed my origin password as soon as this issue happened. i can still login to those sites and ways i mentioned. but i cannot go to the sims 3 store and login...

trying to change my password hasnt done anything.

Having the same issue.. origin account is fine and says the game is linked in connected accounts, however in game, it wont accept my origin login details.
