Cannot Login on The Sims 3

I cannot login onto The Sims 3, I have tried going to the forums but realized that I cannot log onto that either as they are the same account. I know I am entering the right username and password as it doesn't tell me they are wrongly entered, it just sends be back to the start of the login process without logging in.

Unable to connect with Origin - by crinrict

When I open the launcher, I get the following message: "Unable to connect with Origin".

AGAIN,i cant login on my page,or sims 3,agrrrr...looks like all is down again.

No I don't get any error message, it just goes back to the start of the login process. There are no error messages from what I can see, it never tells me my username or password is incorrect or that there is a problem with the servers or something. I just end up at the start of the login again :S
