Cannot Log In to Store Purchase History or Sims Launcher

I reinstalled Sims 3 (and expansions) from scratch yesterday. I found that I was unable to login to the launcher or through the game. At that point I deleted my Sims 3 folder and started from zero content and was still unable to log in.

 

I tried logging in directly at store.thesims3.com. I can log in there and in Origin but if I try to go to Purchase History (so I can redownload my old content) it asks me to login again and then says "Be right back! Our site appears to be down right now."

 

I have updated Java and Air. I have cleared my Chrome cache and tried again. I have tried logging in in IE. I have tried logging in from a different computer. The behavior is always the same and always only in the Store and Launcher locations (other Origin locations...like this one...are fine.

 

Is the specific site for Sims 3 stuff actually down or is there something I'm missing?

For whatever reason, resetting my password again resolved the login issues.
