Cancel Sims 4 Pre-order? [ Edited ]

I pre-ordered the Sims 4 and then realized the pre-order was for PC only. I saw another question where the poster had had the same issue and was able to cancel his pre-order. I followed the instructions and I wasn't able to cancel my pre-order because I paid using Paypal and not a credit/debit card. Is there any possible way I can cancel this, regardless of having paid with Paypal so I don't have to buy a $70 game I can't play?

If you can't cancel from Origin, it's best to contact a game advisor. They should be able to assist you
