Can you add designing your own items on sims 3??

I have always wanted to design my own furniture, patterns, hair and clothing in the sims 3. I don't trust online websites. It would be AMAZING if this was added! Plz create something so people can make their own items.

You can create your own custom content for The Sims 3.

Elements like hair or clothing require advanced and external tools to be created but, have you seen the Create a world or Create a pattern tools in The Sims 3 website?
