Can't use cellphone after taking selfie?

Hello everyone. I'm having a problem with the in-game cellphone. Whenever I click it and have my Sim take a selfie, I can't use it again until I restart my game. The options for the cellphone show up on the far top of the screen instead of on top of the cellphone icon on the bottom of the screen, like it usually does.

I think there is a program that can find broken mods/CC but I'm not sure of the name.

You can also try the 50/50 method where you take half of your CC/mods out of the folder and test the game.

Keep splitting until you find the broken CC/mod.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I can't believe it.. My game ran perfectly as soon as I disabled Mods and CC. I'm in despair. I just can't play without Mods and CC. Is there a way to know which Mod/CC is causing this?

I've taken out my Mods and I found out which one was causing this problem, among several other problems like lag and unresponsiveness. Thank you so very much for your help!
