Can't travel with friends

Hi everyone I need a little help so my game have always been working fine when I travel and you know how you choose a place you want to travel and it asks you who do you want to travel with and the box pops up with all the sims that your sim has been talking to but when I click on a place I want to travel the box doesn't pop up to ask me who do I want to travel with and show the sims my sim has been talking to I don't know if it some custom content I have to take out or a mod I have to download or what if anyone cant help me I appreciate it

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
