So, this happened not to recently when I tried to play the Sims 4 after an update and got the error: Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed

I really want to be able to play the Sims 4 on my computer and in need of aid. Here is myDxDig in the links and I hope it doesn't come to the worse that I can't play it on my computer.

Give these a try:
http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/cant-run-with-the-video-card-in-this-system/
You have the Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. Which should run the game on a medium setting.
Anyways give the solution a try.

What should I do from the recommendations because I removed the Origin in game and tried to update the Intel Graphic card and it was unsuccessful.

@MiddleEarthFan1 did it end up working? If you have issues with installing the drivers for Intel, contact Intel or the store you bought the computer from.
Your drivers are from 8/4/2015, so there should be an update on them.

I keep getting this error message when I try to update the graphics card. Also, roughly around the same time this started doing *, I implemented a secondary screen, could that have done it?
The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtained the appropriate driver from the computer manufacture.
After saying yes, it takes me to this link: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005469.html

I would suggest taking the screen out to test if that is the issue.
The message you get is a common thing, I think Asus should have drivers then.
