Can't register Ambitions & World Adventures

I can't register The Sims 3 Ambitions & World Adventrures.

I've tried registering them on The Sims 3 page and Origin. Both didn't work.

Both are original, straight from the shop, not borrowed from anyone.

I've got cards with serial codes and boxes.
