I never redeemed my bonus when I purchased the bundle, and when I tried to gain access to the code to activate today, it wasn't available. Is there any way to find the code again?

You did not get an email with a code for it ? That's what should have happened.
You need to talk to a game advisor about that< then/p>

I haven't gone to actually redeem anything because I can't access the code. That's the main issue. Unlike when I first purchased the game, which was just a little over a week ago, I'm not shown my code in my purchase history.

No... No one gets an email with a code for it. AND if you Ctrl+C the code and *think* you have it, you really don't because when you hit Ctrl+V nothing shows up and you are screwed. I'm on the phone now with a game advisor...the live chat doesn't work and I'm only troubleshooting one item today if you get my drift .
