Can´t play the sims 3?

hello, i just RE downloaded the sims 3 so i could play it, but it didnt work. when i start it it pops up and random window saying "please ender the entire registration code found either in your confimation email or game manual bla bla bla" then my cd key randomly pops up there, so i press done then it reopens with the same text and if i press Don´t continue it says "the registration code is invalid for this product find your registation code ether in your fonfirmation email or game manual bla bla bla. all i know is that i made this account ages ago and have lost the mail from Ea or origin..
