Can't place my own rooms in the "Saved Rooms" folder

In the build menu, there is a folder called "Saved Rooms" right underneath the "Styled Rooms" folder. It has a button that says "Browse the Gallery for rooms." I am able to add other people's created rooms but I can't figure out how to get my own rooms in there. It would be much easier for me place my rooms from the build menu then my gallery. Does any one know how to get your own rooms in there or was this a design oversight by Maxis?
Did you try uploading yours to the gallery and then download through there to that section ?
It's strange though that you have none at all there should be pre-made ones.
