Can't move camera with WASD

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Only base game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to build/buy mode and try to move the screen around with wasd. That doesn't work for me anymore.
What happens when the bug occurs? I used to move the screen around with wasd, but that hasn't worked in about a month.
What do you expect to see? I want to be able to move the screen with wasd instead of having to use edge scrolling.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've been having some issues with camera control. I'm not sure if it works in-game because I rarely play, but building has become almost impossible now that I can't easily move the camera around anymore. 

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. Did this issue come as you updated to 1.67.45.1020? I know the earlier versions worked perfectly fine for me. I'm trying to pinpoint what patch brought this issue.
