Can't learn medation marshal arts skill

My sim is supposed to meditate 2 hours in the scholars garden in China. How do you get them to meditate?

@bev6usa  You click on the sim and select the option to "meditate," which will show in the pie menu along with things like "cell phone..." and "change outfit...."  The sim will then sit down and start to meditate.

Keep in mind that you need to be at (I believe) level 5 of the martial arts skill before the option to meditate becomes available.
