So I'm not aware if I've installed any updates or whatever, but whenever I try to launch The Sims 4 through Origin, it simply never works.
I first tried by right-clicking on Origin on my taskbar and clicking on Sims. The game never loaded, so I opened up Origin and found the "Play" button was greyed out/unclickable, whether I tried to launch it through right-clicking or the regular way.
I have tried to Repair it twice, clear all cache files, update the game but nothing ever loads, I even installed CCleaner and ran that, I cleared all my mods out and have restarted the laptop 3 times.
I've played this game for many hours on the same laptop before.
I'm at a loss really.
