Can't instal Sims 3 Roaring Heights

Hello,
I recenty purchased sims 3 roaring heights and am having trouble downloading it into my launcher ( its all ready to download on my sim exchange account ) but everytime my download laucher pops up it says downloading error {0}. ive uninstalled and reinstalled all explansion packs including the base game ( sims 3 ) and all other worlds, i just don't know what to do considering i payed a lot for this game.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated,

Try downloading the patch manually here:

Make sure to use the super patch

I am having a problem with this game too.  I purchased it and it is not showing up in Origin for me to download it.

The world doesn't download

The most common reason for this is that the game is not updated to the newest version. Make sure you are updated

thanks for responding,
i have version 1.54.95.022002 and i can't get anymore up to date (it says it in the 'game updates' launcher)
unless theres a way to force it to be more up to date?

just dropping by before i head off for the night ,

you'll more than likely need the super patch  more info here and what to do before patching  also make sure you get the right one as there is a pc patch and a mac patch and also the right region ( the country you live in )

It's currently downloading (the super patch) on my mac and ill keep you posted to see what happens next.
