Can't get into game

Hey everyone, I went a few months without having  this problem, but now everytime I go to start up the sims it loads until the sims 4 logo then goes onto a white screen. I have no mods anymore because I tried to move mods to see if it would change and it didn't. I have repaired the game and I dont know why it isn't working is it because I put sims in windowed mode?

@Bellemason2  Windowed mode shouldn't stop the game from loading, but if you want to undo the change, just move or delete options.ini from the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts.  All of your in-game settings will revert to the default, so you should be back in fullscreen.

If that doesn't help, or you don't feel like redoing all your settings if you don't need to, try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If neither step helps, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
