Can't finish video games

My sim was able to finish video games, but now the option to continue working on video game is there after she names it. I've tried naming it four times. I recently removed all mods and poses, so that isn't the problem. It was working perfectly fine two days ago. Also, I didn't cheat the sim up in any of her skills.
