Can't find manually bought expansions

★★ Novice

I had my all of my sims 3 packs I bought at the store on my old computer. On that old computer, I had bought every pack I had from the store, but I had bought Generations off of Origin. I decided I wanted to play sims 3 on my new laptop, so I logged in with the account that had sims 3. It started to download the base game and generations, but it didn't download any of the other manually-bought packs. The base game and generations are installing perfectly fine. I can't remember where the cases with the serial codes are, because I haven't downloaded any more packs since I played it less and less. I only bought generations via Origin, and I bought the other packs at Walmart or Target. A short answer would be desirable, but it's also okay if it has to go into detail. Thank you for reading.

@19489139839  It sounds like either you never registered the packs you own via disc, or you added them to a different account. If you never used the codes, you can still register them to your Origin account now.  You can find them on your old computer, as long as you never did a clean uninstall.  Here's how to find them:

Windows:  https://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2013/09/how-to-find-your-serial-number.html

mac OS:  https://bluebellflora.com/finding-your-serial-key-using-terminal/

If you try to enter the codes, only to find that they've already been used, you probably added them to an account at the Sims 3 store.  Origin and the store share information, so Origin would recognize the codes as belonging to this store account already.  If necessary, you could ask EA customer support to merge this account with your current Origin one.  As long as you still have access to the email tied to the old account, you can prove you own it, and EA support should be able to help you.
