Can't find World Adventures serial code

I just bought and installed The Sims 3 World Adventures through Origin and wanted to register the game on my sims 3 account, but I can't find the serial code. It's not with the confirmation email, I only have the order number. If anyone knows how to find it please help!

@blqqm  There's no way for you to find the serial code for an Origin-purchased pack.  But the expansion should already appear on your account on www.thesims3.com .  If you don't see it, try clearing your browser cache or use a private window.

If the pack still isn't there, the only way to fix it would be to contact EA customer support and have someone remove and add back the EP.  That seems like a lot of trouble though: the only content you'd miss out on is a small bundle of store items that don't really do much.
