Can't find Dragon Valley Download

I purchased a points package that included Dragon Valley. I have the confirmation email and under Order History the status is Charged but I can't find the actual extension anywhere.  Where should the extension be for me to play Dragon Valley?

dragon valley will be in your purchase history on your the sims 3 account when you download it you will play with the world from the main menu +new game to start playing with you will still play from the last expansion or stuff pack you installed

On the sims 3 site see your username-drop down arrow (it's tiny) click on that my store account-purchase history
