Can't download store content, Windows 10 [ Edited ]

I have this problem now under windows 10. Tried Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox; can't download any of my store content!!

@codemasterkv  I've split your post into its own thread, since the other thread was several years old and about a different operating system.  I also changed the title.

When you try to download store content, how far into the process do you get, and what happens when it doesn't work?  Do you have some store content already installed, and how much?  (As in, would it be a burden to install it all from scratch.)
