Can't download lots from the gallery

When trying to place lots from the gallery, game just keeps spinning. I've removed my mods folder and still having the same problem. Anyone else seeing this???

Probably outdated UIC mod caused it.
After moving mods folder to desktop delete localthumbcache.package file from game folder and fix game on Origin,
Check if you still have this error.

I get this and am playing on console- with NO Mods.

Hey @jellyfishlion I'm going to lock this thread as it is a couple of years old.

The best thing to do is to create a new thread with as much info as possible and we will do what we can to assist.
