Can't download expansion pack

I have redeemed a product code for Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle. I chose not to download straight away and now I cannot find the option to download it at all. I have tried to reapply the product code but it obviously saying it has already been redeemed and origin doesn't seem to have any acknowledgement that I own the expansion as it is still trying to sell it to me.

Open Origin. In Game Library click The sims 4. On the extras tab scroll to Eco Lifestyle. Click to install.
