Can't connect togallery

I have not been able to connect to the gallery for weeks.  I have tried repairing the game, moving the folder, cleaning the cache.  I have no trouble signing in to Origin.  Origin says I am online but my chat also shows offline.  This is very frustrating.  My firewall doesn't block Origin but I also disabled it to make sure that wasn't the cause.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're using a laptop, take it to some place that has free wifi access, like a local coffee shop, McDonald's or the library. Or maybe even a friends' house to see if you can connect from there.

Some places do block connections, like collages, so be aware of that. If you have a cellphone that has internet, you may be able to use your cellphone as a temporary wifi hotspot.
