Can’t complete university housing

I went to edit a Foxbury University dorm and now I can’t use it because it says it’s incomplete. The requirement list says there can’t be any beds, toilets or showers, but I need those things! How is it a dorm without those things, my sims won’t survive! I’ve edited a dorm at least twice before without any problems. I do have mods and cc but I havent added any more since I edited the dorms before, unless a patch update messed one up I really don’t think they are the problem.

Seen a couple of similar posts to yours. Could you move your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file then load up your game and see if it still happens?
