Can't buy strangerville on origin

hello who many read this.

i've been trying to get the sims 4 strangerville on origin at first it told me that it wasn't available on origin but was it showing on the menu of game packs and now its not showing at all. i would like to buy it and download it. Ive waited all morning hopefully that it would change but hasn't so i would like to know if it will be on origin very soon

If you're having difficulty finding it in the store, you can also try going to the game pack's store URL directly. It should redirect to your country/region's store page for the pack.

Please restart Origin.

Like Jpkarlsen mentioned, exit Origin and then relaunch it to see if that helps. If exiting Origin isn't working, open Task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) search for a file called ts4.exe. Click on it and select end process.

If restarting Origin doesn't work, try clearing Origin cache.
