I've been trying to buy The Sims 4 for Mac for a few days but I can't seem to be able to... I put my credit card and all my info and when I press "Pay Now" all I get is: "We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #10048]". I don't know if this has something to do with where I live (South America) or because my credit card is not from the US, but I really wanna buy the game and I seriously don't know what to do.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

You can buy it through the app also make sure you have your payment information in the ea website
