Can't buy Simpoints

Waited to get money on pay card today to get the sales before they end. After clicking next on Verify and Complete it returns to payment option screen with a line of text in red...

A system error has occurred. Please try again at a later time.

All the fields are frozen or blank... Is this happening to others?

The online advisor had me get a new java and change the compatibility of the game and it still has the issue. I have an ongoing issue to call in the morning, but was wondering if there was anything someone knows?

Only EA can help you with this so talking to a game advisor is the right thing to do.
