Can't access public gallery.

Hello,

I am unable to access the Gallery. I have uninstalled all my sims games, reinstalled. No change there. Then uninstalled Origin and reinstalled. Issue still remains the same. Cleared everything from my saves to mods - again Gallery is not accessible to me.  Help please.

@Kaywrites5  What version is your game?  You can see it at the Main Menu, where you choose to load a save or start a new one.  Look along the bottom of the screen for the version number, and please copy and paste the entire number here, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.

@Kaywrites5 Yeah I know it's so frustrating, I've been trying to get on the Gallery for days and still no luck. EA please fix it.
