Can't access cheat bar(?) In build&buy mode

I was building a house in Glimmerbrook but when I wanted to type BB.moveobjects on the cheat bar won't even show up. I pressed ctrl+shift+c and nothing. When I go into live mode however the cheat bar is absolutely fine and works properly. Kinda annoying that you have to exit build&buy to type cheats
