So in The Sims 4 I can't access the Gallery. It's been like this for a long time and I have no idea what to do. I did ALL of the troubleshooting stuff so I'm out of options. I'm connected to the internet too so I dunno anymore. Help.
it's a bit hard to guess what all of troubleshooting contains so you may have already tried this.
- Did you check if your Antivirus/Security Software is blocking the connection to Origin or TheSims ?
- If you have a laptop computer have you tried from a different place such as a public library ?
- Have you tried flushing your DNS and restarting your router ?
