Can't Travel Between Worlds [ Edited ]

My game won't let me travel between worlds. I have a family that lives in Del Sol Valley, if I try to go to any lot outside of DSV my game will. not. load. I'll see that stupid plumbob spin forever and ever. I tried moving my family and it won't let me I always have to end up turning off my laptop. I've tried uninstalling, repairing, removing all my cc. I don't know what else to do. It's very frustrating, of all worlds to be stuck in DEL SOL VALLEY!? UGH. Please help.
