Can't Reset Sims 3 Password

Set up my account using Steam (the EA app prompted a sign in page which had Steam as an option). Wanted to change my password but clicking on the 'Change Password' button redirects me to the download page of EA Desktop. 

Any solutions?

@thatmarkin  What password are you trying to change?  If it's the one associated with your EA account, i.e. the one you use to sign into this site, try changing it on ea.com instead.  If it's something else, let me know what.
