Hi all! I'm struggling to redeem a code. I've only ever had one EA/Origin account and I'm certain I'm the only person that's ever had this disc because I bought it brand new in 2013. I had no problem installing my other packs, which like this one were all purchased new in the early/mid 2010s and registered to my Origin account.
What can I do to make this work? I've got the receipt of purchase, but I bought it from Best Buy and I'm unsure if customer service will honor that. And yes, I'm CERTAIN it's registered to this account.

@kenr0senberg If the code is already registered, to this account or any other, you won't be able to register it a second time. So the question is whether Island Paradise appears in your EA App game library. If it does, you can download it from there.
If the pack isn't in your library, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the code (clearly readable); you can upload the photo when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
