Can't Harvest Plants

Whenever i try to harvest any plants, i just get a last exception error. The most of what i could find out is that something is affecting the "Gardening _Harvest_Low" tunable resource.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
