Can't Access My Sims 4 Folder/Game Won't Load

I have been trying to fix my Sims 4 since it will not load past the loading screen - I have been following different guides. I did repair the game and that did not fix it. I did reload origin and that did not fix it. So I was trying to get into my Sims 4 folder but every time I click on it to open it, it becomes unresponsive. So if I can't get into my EA folder what do I do?

It seems you have a problem with your Windows. Please try to get help with this from a Windows support forum. Once this is fixed if you then have problems with the game you are welcome to return here and we will try to help.
