If I can't redeem/download/transfer my sims 3 worlds bundle games (like Dragon valley, hidden springs, or monte vista) to Origin but I have the discs installed on my computer, can I still play them with the other sims 3 games I have on origin?

@mlwatson02 Store worlds need to be installed through the store, not through Origin, and it's normal for them not to show as owned in Origin. If they're in your store account's purchase history, then you can login to your store account and download them no matter what kind of Sims 3 install you have. After downloading, you need to install them through the launcher's Downloads tab, and then they should appear as options when you start a new save.

@mlwatson02 When you originally installed the worlds, you likely would have needed to register them on the store site and download them from there. So check your purchase history. If you're not sure which email address you used, open Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads and look for a file labeled [your email].bin. That's the address associated with your downloaded content.
If for some reason you never had to register the worlds, you can do so now, using the codes provided on the inserts inside the CD cases.

@jimmy7191970 What kind of install is this: Origin, disc, Steam, or something else? What patch level is listed in the lower left corner of the launcher? Running the Super Patch on an Origin or Steam install can break the install entirely.
When you install store or custom content and your game stops working properly, the issue is usually in the user folder, as in, the Sims 3 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts, not in the game's program files. A good test is to move that folder to your desktop and let the game spawn a new one, then see how a new save runs and go from there.
