Can see my installed worlds

Hello everyone,

I bought all the base game and DLC through Steam.

I bought some world on https://store.thesims3.com/, install them by downloading the package and saw them on the launcher.

However, when I open the game and, on the world choosing option, I can't see them.

When I press logout my origin account, I do see them, but with the buy option. Then I login again and, surprisingly, they disappear again.

Anyone know how to solve this

@bananakiss1234  What you see in the third screenshot is normal: when you're signed in, the game will list any store world not installed as an option to buy.  The question is why the worlds aren't showing as installed.

For that, please try installing one of them into a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, download and install one of the worlds, and load the game to see whether it shows up.  I'd suggest using Firefox for the download.

If this works, you can install your other worlds, one at a time, and test them too.  Then you can move your saves and other content from the old Sims 3 folder to the new one and pick up where you left off.  In case it helps, here's a list of everything in your user folder:
