Can not delete created sims from library

Hi, how do you delete sims that are stuck trying to load. I created sims and I deleted the save they were in and now in my gallery their avatars just load therefore I can not delete them directly. Is there a fix to this because its also causing my game to not save correctly because the game is still tryna load them all while saving my progress.

Am I understanding this correctly. You deleted a save, where Sims were uploaded to the gallery (not your library) and because you deleted them they are now still trying to show in the gallery?
